Q: What are your hours?

A: We are open weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 8AM until 4PM unless otherwise posted or for observation of holidays. Check our Facebook Page for up to date information about store hours!

Q: I need kitchen supplies for my restaurant, but I do not know where to start.

A:You picked a great place to be! We can walk you through every item that is necessary for you to hit the ground running. We promise never to up-sell or practice any dishonest business, and that certainly goes for customers that are not sure what they need. Remember, we want to enable you to be the best you can be. 

Q: Used equipment? Its not broken, right?

A: The equipment we receive is refurbished, cleaned, and sold at a discounted rate. We repair every part necessary to get the item running properly and smoothly upon customer pickup. We do not sell halfway repaired items or faulty equipment. We recognize that not every item we purchase will be able to be refurbished to our standards, so we never list them in that case.

A: We do offer a delivery service for businesses within 50 miles of Edwardsville. Call us to see if your business can be delivered to!

Q: I just purchased an item and it already broke, now what?

A: These situations are uncommon, but when they do happen, do not fret! We offer a 30-Day warranty on used products within 50 miles of our location. Fill out a warranty claim in the warranty section and we will be happy to help you.

Q: I want to shop, but I do not own a business.

A: Come on in sometime to browse! Although we will not likely sell you a commercial piece of equipment, we have a variety of smallwares that you might find desirable for your kitchen at home!
