Star-Max® Radiant & Lava Rock Gas Charbroilers

Star-Max radiant and lava rock charbroilers are designed to provide excellent heating and control when preparing a wide variety of products. The units are designed with durability and flexibility in mind with cast burners and a control knob for each twelve [12] inch (304mm) section. The grates have been designed to hold a high capacity of product for maximum efficiency under demanding cooking situations.

Heavy Duty Ultra-Max® Radiant & Lava Rock Gas Charbroilers

Ultra-Max® radiant and lava rock charbroilers are designed to provide excellent heating and control when preparing a wide variety of products. The units are designed with durability and flexibility in mind with cast iron burners and a control knob for each six [6] inch (152 mm) section of grate. The grates have been designed to hold a high capacity of product for maximum efficiency under demanding cooking situations.

The Star-Max® radiant and lava rock gas charbroilers will be constructed in the U.S.A. and feature stainless front panel, bull nose, drip pan, splash guard, and grease trough. The charbroilers will either use lava rocks or heavy-duty radiants to transfer heat to product. Grates will be adjustable per section to be enclined or flat. The units will have cast iron burners which will produce 40,000 BTUs on natural gas or 35,000 BTUs on propane per burner. Each 12-inch (305 mm) burner will have its own individual control. Charbroilers will be supplied with 4-inch (102 mm) tall nickel-plated legs with 1.325-inch (34 mm) of adjustment. The standard gas connection will be 3/4-inch N.P.T. Units will be shipped being set up for natural gas, and will include field conversion kit for LP gas. For lava rock models, a five [5] pound (2.27 kg) bag of lava rocks will be provided for each twelve [12] inches (305 mm) of width.

The charbroilers will either use lava rocks or heavy- duty radiants to transfer heat to product. Grates will be adjust- able per section to be enclined or flat. The units will have cast iron burners which will produce 20,000 BTUs per six [6] inch (152 mm) of width and will have adjustable valves and standing pilot. Units will be shipped being set up for Natural Gas, and will include field conversion kit for LP gas. Standard gas connection is 3/4-inch N.P.T. For lava rock models, a five [5] pound (2.27 kg) bag of lava rocks will be provided for each twelve [12] inches (305 mm) of width.

Toastmaster Radiant & Lava Rock Gas Charbroilers

Toastmaster radiant and lava rock gas char-broilers are designed to are the most economical and fl exible countertop char-broiler in the food service industry. They off er unsurpassed performance, combining a proven control system with Toastmaster quality and durability. Available in three diff erent sizes – 24”, 36” and 48”.

Gas char-broilers are constructed with stainless steel front panel and reinforced aluminized steel side panels. Every 12” (30.5 cm) an individually controlled, corrosion resistant, burner supplies up to 30,000 BTU/hr (8.8Kw) of heat. Cooking surface is heavy-duty cast iron with two grid mark widths on opposite sides. Cooking surface can be adjusted for level or slanted grilling. Standing pilot is provided. A full width water pan is provided. Control knobs are protected by a stainless steel bull nose front. Char-broilers are supplied with 4” (10.2 cm) high die cast nickel plated legs with a 1-3/8” (3.5 cm) adjustment. Gas connection is 3/4” N.P.T. (male) and a convertible regulator is supplied as well as a kit for conversion to LP gas. Units are UL Gas Certified for U.S. and Canada. UL listed to NSF4 standard. Printed in the U.S.A.
